    Massage benefits your health in incredible ways, as long as you are healthy enough to safely receive massage.

    Massage can: release adhesions in your muscles, wear down fibrotic build-up, improve circulation, release toxins trapped in the tissues, reduce stress, correct postural deviations, release trigger-points, greatly speed recovery time from certain injuries, assist with muscle building (also through recovery), and generally make you a healthier you.

    We go to various practitioners for all the other parts of our bodies. It only makes sense to take care of the soft tissue–muscles, fascia, etc.–too.
